30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your permit packet within 30 days of receiving it, we refund you 100% of what you paid, no questions asked.

Rejected permit recourse. If your city rejects your permit for paperwork reasons that fall within our scope (missing forms, incorrect citations, narrative errors), we revise and refile at no additional cost. If the rejection is for reasons outside our scope (the project itself is non-compliant with local code), we work with you on a path forward and, if no resolution is possible, refund you in full.
